 Rowland's Clothing is a market-leading provider of classic, quality ladies clothing.  From opening its first shop in Bath in 1983 it has now grown to seven shops, a mail-order catalogue and an e-commerce website business.
Challenges and goals

Rowland's Clothing was looking for a new supplier of digital marketing services to help it further grow the orders that it took through its website.  The new supplier was required to support the marketing team to drive traffic to the website through a combination of fortnightly email newsletters as well as a combination of natural and paid search traffic.

The Result

Through working closely,on a weekly basis, with the Rowland’s marketing team, excellent results were obtained so that over the first 12 months :  

  •     Email marketing revenue was up by 27%
  •     Paid per click advertising revenue was up by 123%
  •     Organic traffic revenue was up by 42%
  •     Overall the website revenue grew by 20% year over year.
