Field Sales Executive

WSI Diginet Marketing Ltd - Membury

Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, your role is to sell the WSI portfolio of Digital Marketing services, particularly focusing on selling advertising (Google Adwords and Display) via our self-optimizing platform.
This is a full time role with flexible hours but expectation to work as necessary to achieve targets. You will need to be self-motivated and well organized. Being a field based role, initially you will be required to use your own car and be prepared to visit clients, typically within 1 hour of your home. You will need a full UK driving license.

  • A proven record in B2B consultative sales experience will be essential
  • Knowledge and wide use of internet technologies, to browse, research, communicate and use internet services will be an advantage.
  • In house training will be provided.

The remuneration package is uncapped, so greater earnings and promotion opportunities are available to high performers. Future development may include a Sales Management role for the right candidate.

Desired Skills & Experience

The role is targeting new business, so a proven track record in a hunter role is a must. Desired skills and experience:

  • Drive New Customer Acquisition
  • Develop existing leads
  • Generate new leads using a variety of sources, phone, walk-in, networking, etc
  • Set own appointments
  • Face-to-face presenting and selling to local business owners
  • Retention of and up-selling to existing clients
  • Experience in online advertising or digital sales experience is essential
  • Knowledge and wide use of internet technologies, to browse, research, communicate and use internet services will be an advantage.
  • In house training will be provided.
  • Good mental maths is required
